Marc spent years training himself to take a punch without flinching. It turned out the hardest hit he’d ever face came in a hospital room, not a boxing ring. Marc Coronel had built his identity around discipline and toughness, and then a diagnosis he never saw coming put him on a kidney waitlist with the odds stacked against him. What he did next surprised even himself. He picked up his laptop and asked, publicly, for help. What followed changed how he understood courage entirely. As he puts it, “Because I realized that… people are willing to help. They just don’t know how.” Sometimes the bravest thing a person can do isn’t fighting through something alone. It’s saying out loud that they can’t.
“Because I realized that… people are willing to help. They just don’t know how.”

Very straight forward…and brutally honest ! More gut wrenching than some of the talks. So very interesting that he had -neither- high b/p OR diabetes. Gosh! I just keep learning !!!
